Make-up work:

It is the student’s full responsibility to communicate with the instructor on missing assignments.  Grades are kept current as often as possible, and Interim Progress Reports will be sent home every six weeks.  Therefore, if an assignment has not been turned in by the due date, the instructor will place IE (Insufficient Evidence), IC (incomplete) or GP (Grade Pending) for a score.

Weekly Milestone assignments are due on Sundays by 11:59 pm. Project management is all about timeliness, so late assignments will be charged 10% per week. The maximum time allowed for makeup work is three weeks overdue. After this time, make up work will not be accepted and students will receive a zero for the assignment. This is a very generous and helpful policy for the student, but places complete responsibility upon the student to complete and turn in any late or missing work.

Prerequisite for Advanced Courses:

To qualify for placement in advanced courses students must both meet prerequisites for the course, and must receive instructor permission to continue. See individual course descriptions for specific prerequisite information.
