Battle High School Official Transcript Release  
  • Complete this form, authorize, and submit electronically.
  • Cost is $2.00 per transcript (plus transaction fee).
  • Federal Express, overnight US Mail, or rush requests not available.
  • Upon receipt of fee, an official copy of your transcript will be processed for pickup, US Mail, or fax to the designated address or number (requests cannot be processed unless payment is received).
  • Many colleges and universities do not accept faxed copies of transcripts as official. Please ensure that your schools allow faxed copies to be received as official.
  • PLEASE ALLOW 48-72 HOURS FOR TRANSCRIPT REQUEST TO BE PROCESSSED.
